PROGRAM NAME AND DESCRIPTION
Wilkes Mortgage delivers informational and promotional text messages about home-loan options, rate updates, appointment reminders, and limited-time offers. Message frequency varies.

OPT-IN CONSENT
By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (e.g., checking a box, texting a keyword, or clicking “Submit”), you authorize us to send SMS/text messages to the number you provided using automated technology.

OPT-OUT
You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the shortcode. We will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS; after this confirmation you will no longer receive messages from us.

REJOINING
To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again (e.g., text the original keyword or fill out the web form) and we will resume sending messages.
